2.New Zealanders can also be called Kiwis but not the fruit 
Kiwis are New Zealand's Native flightless bird.

3. The main languages in New Zealand are Maori and English.

Last Saturday Te Raupo Manawa o Kawakawa went to regionals for Kapa haka .

Athletics day

Yesterday the 27th of November Tuesday 2018 was athletics day .First block was fun activities like discus ,long jump,hurdles,shot-put,bag races, fun races and high jump.Second block was all about races and third block we had house chants we have 4 houses and their names are Waiomio (Red), Taumarere (Yellow),Ngapipito(Blue) and the best house the house that I am in Tirohanga (Orange).👑
My favorite part of the day was Shot-put because the heavy balls were slightly challenging. 
   

Polygon

Hey bloggers,
In class we have been doing geometry we learnt about straight lines and angles but today I am blogging about polygons.A polygon is a shape with no gaps no breaks,no curves,has straight sides and all the sides are connected.  This is my polygon pal and polygon mansion. My polygon pals name is Stacey bride and my mansion is called Singh residence and it cost a lot of money because it is a very luxurious big building .

Boat building challlenge

Yesterday we finished our boat building challenge.Our boat building challenge is a challenge where we have to try to build a boat or raft with a limited amount of supplies.
It was very fun thinking of ideas of the boat design and trying to figure out the cost.Our total cost was 285 dojo points.😆😃😃😃
